All We Are West Ham ticket packagesĀ are subject to ticket availability at the time of booking.

In the unlikely event that tickets cannot be obtained:
- TheĀ ticket portion of the package price will be refunded
- Accommodation, travel, and other services may still proceed as booked

Where refunds are issued, a small administration fee of up to 2% of the total amount paid may be retained.

Will I be charged more if tickets are sourced elsewhere?
In some cases, tickets sourced via hospitality or secondary providers may increase the package price. Any such changes will be communicated clearly.
