If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Are there exceptions to refunds?
Yes. Refunds may not be available for:
- Digital products once accessed or downloaded
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Worn goods
- Sealed items once opened (e.g. hygiene products)
Who handles refunds for third-party products?
Refunds for third-party products are handled directly by the vendor. We are not responsible for processing these refunds.
Do I have to pay return shipping?
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return, in accordance with UK law.
